Zipgame may change, interrupt, or discontinue the site. Availability is not guaranteed, and puzzles or pages may be added, replaced, or removed.

Intellectual property

Zipgame and the puzzles, text, and design on this site are protected as intellectual property. You may play on the site; you may not copy the collection or branding for your own product without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted, Zipgame is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Any remaining liability is limited to the amount you paid Zipgame for the service, which is currently none.
